Simon Livingstone

Senior Architect

Simon joined David Morley Architects in 2014 and is currently working on Reading School development. A Brighton University architecture graduate, Simon has a wealth of experience in housing, education, arts, workplace, masterplanning, competitions and conservation work.

With over nine years’ experience, Simon is well practiced at project management, his site experience ranges from £300k projects to £7m housing developments, and most recently a 130,000sqft mixed use development.

In his career, he has worked on many construction packages and has excellent technical drawing and specification writing skills.  He has BIM experience having worked with ARUP on Basil Spence’s Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts and a large masterplan development in Lewes. 

Simon has a keen interest in sustainable design, and has worked on a 4000m² Low carbon exemplar building designed to BREEAM Outstanding, Passivehaus certification and Carbon Neutral status.
